The Situation A large specialty channel was looking for a way to increase viewership across Canada. They needed a product which could be mailed directly to potential customers and not be thrown away with other junk mail.

The Challenge Large volumes of direct mail bombard customers each and every day and they all look alike and are not compelling. Palaimon needed to help develop a solution that would grab the potential customers’ attention and provide pertinent information on the channel in a unique and innovative way.

The Solution Palaimon created a unique solution that showcased the channel’s offerings. An attention-grabbing, six-sided, tabbed mailer containing a custom-printed CD with an 8 minute promotion of the channel’s exclusive shows was direct mailed to over 100,000 potential customers. All print and distribution was handled by Palaimon.

The Result An increase of over 4% in channel penetration resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional revenue.
